Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Shiv Parvati Vivah, we value your trust and are committed to providing a smooth wedding booking experience. We understand that circumstances may change and you may need to cancel or reschedule your booking.

1. Booking Confirmation

Once your payment is successfully processed and booking details are confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation. This acts as proof of your reservation with Shiv Parvati Vivah.

2. Cancellation by Customer

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event date are eligible for a full refund (excluding payment gateway charges).
  • Cancellations made 15–29 days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 15 days before the event are non-refundable.

3. Rescheduling Requests

If you wish to reschedule your booking, please contact us at least 7 days prior to the original event date. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.

4. Cancellation by Us

In rare cases where Shiv Parvati Vivah must cancel your booking due to unavoidable circumstances (e.g. natural calamities, temple closure, administrative orders), you will receive a 100% refund or the option to reschedule.

5. Refund Process

  • All refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
