Cancellation Policy
At Shiv Parvati Vivah, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and plans can change. While we strive to accommodate all requests, the following cancellation policy ensures fairness for both our team and our clients.
1. Booking Cancellation by Client
- Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the scheduled wedding date will receive a full refund, excluding processing or platform fees.
- Cancellations made between 15-30 days prior to the scheduled date will receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled date are non-refundable.
2. No-show Policy
If the client fails to arrive on the scheduled date and time without any prior notification, the booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be provided.
3. Cancellation by Shiv Parvati Vivah
In rare cases, due to natural disasters, temple restrictions, or unforeseen emergencies, we may be required to cancel or reschedule the wedding. In such events, clients will be given the option to:
- Reschedule the event without any additional cost
- Receive a full refund
4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment gateway or bank policies.
